Zkittlez - 14G Premium Flower

What it is

Zkittlez is an indica leaning hybrid bred by California seed company 3rd Gen Fam, and it is commonly cited as a cross of Grape Ape and Grapefruit. Older menus sometimes spell it Skittles or Zkittles. It picked up first place in the indica category at the 2015 High Times Cannabis Cups in San Francisco and Michigan, plus a first place finish at the 2016 Emerald Cup. This is a 14 gram jar of premium flower, so it is built for people who already know they like the cultivar and want a larger format on hand.

Taste and how people describe it

The name comes from the fruit. Expect sweet grape candy up front with citrus peel behind it, and a smooth, slightly tropical exhale.

People commonly report:

• A relaxed, settled body feel
• A calm but still social headspace
• A heavier lean later in the session

Effects vary from person to person and from batch to batch, so start small and give it time.

Good to know

Keep the jar closed and away from heat and direct light to protect the terpenes. Grind rather than break up buds by hand if you want an even burn. Our Van Nuys team can talk you through how a given batch smokes before you commit to the full size.

Cannabinoid label numbers are measured on a sample and shift between harvests.
