Trix | Infused Flower | 28g

What it is

KAWS Trix is an infused flower offering in a 28g jar, so you get a full ounce of buds that have been treated with concentrate rather than left as plain flower. Infused flower usually means the bud has been coated or dusted with extract, which tends to make it hit harder than the same flower on its own. It is sold ground-ready for rolling or packing a bowl, and it is one of the larger formats we carry at our Van Nuys shop.

Taste and how people describe it

The flavor notes here are lemon, cherry and gelato: a bright citrus top, a sweet fruit middle and a creamy, dessert-like finish on the exhale. Because of the added extract, smoke can feel thicker and a little heavier than expected.

What people commonly report from infused flower:

• A faster, more noticeable onset
• A relaxed, weighted body feel
• Effects that linger longer than with standard flower

Good to know

Start with a small amount and wait before going back for more, especially if you normally smoke uninfused bud. Effects vary by person and by batch, and label numbers move from harvest to harvest. Keep the jar sealed and out of direct light so the buds stay from drying out and losing flavor.
