What it is
Purple Runtz in a 14 gram premium flower format, sorted into the Big Buds category, which means larger, intact colas rather than smalls or popcorn. Runtz genetics are commonly cited as a Zkittlez and Gelato cross, and the purple selections tend to show deep violet tones through the bud with a heavy frost of trichomes. Expect dense, hand trimmed structure that breaks apart with a grinder more easily than by hand.
Taste and how people describe it
The nose leans sweet and candied: grape soda, berry sugar, and a creamy finish that shows up more on the exhale. Smoke is on the smooth side when it is ground fresh.
People who smoke Runtz crosses often report:
- A relaxed, settled body feel
- An easygoing, slightly giggly headspace early on
- Heavier weight as the session goes long
Effects vary from person to person and from batch to batch, so start small and give it a few minutes.
Good to know
Fourteen grams is a lot of flower to keep fresh. Store it in glass, out of direct light, somewhere cool, and keep the jar closed between sessions so the terpenes hold. If you are shopping from the San Fernando Valley, this one suits an evening at home more than a busy day. Label numbers reflect a tested sample and shift by batch.
