What it is

Pacific Stone's Gelato comes in the brand's 14g Big Buds format, meaning larger, hand selected flower rather than smalls. Gelato is a well known hybrid, commonly cited as Sunset Sherbet crossed with Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookies, and the Cookie side shows up in the structure: dense buds, dark green with purple, and plenty of orange hairs.

A half ounce jar is a practical size if Gelato is already part of your regular rotation and you grind your own.

Taste and how people describe it

The flavor leans sweet and fruity with a citrus edge, backed by that doughy Cookies note on the exhale. The aroma is dessert-like and fills a room quickly once the jar is open.

People typically describe Gelato as:

Relaxed but still clear headed at lower amounts
Heavier and more couch leaning as you go
Balanced, with neither side dominating for most

Effects vary from person to person, and batch to batch, so start small with a new jar and give it time.

Good to know

Label potency is measured on a sample and moves around between harvests. Keep the jar sealed and out of direct light to protect the terpenes. This is one of the more requested half ounce jars around our Van Nuys shop.
