What it is

Gelato Mintz is a hybrid flower sold here in a 14 gram format, a half ounce of hand selected buds for people who go through flower steadily and would rather buy in one go. The name points to the Gelato and Mint family, and the buds show it: knuckled, dense, tight, with a sticky coat that makes them worth breaking up by hand or with a decent grinder.

Taste and how people describe it

The terpene profile leans on caryophyllene and limonene, so the nose has a peppery, spicy edge with citrus behind it and a soft floral finish on the exhale. Smoke is smooth when it is ground loosely and not packed too tight.

What customers commonly report:

A relaxed, even headed feeling rather than a hard couch lean
Some light mood lift early in the session
A mellow taper after the first half hour

Effects vary from person to person, and from batch to batch.

Good to know

Label potency numbers come from a sample of each batch, so they shift a little between runs. Store the jar closed, away from heat and direct light, and it will hold its aroma. Our Van Nuys team can walk you through how this one compares to other hybrids on the menu.
