Weed delivery in the San Fernando Valley: how it works from our Van Nuys shop

We are based on Friar Street in Van Nuys, which puts most of the Valley within a short drive. Here is how a delivery works, start to finish, so there are no surprises at the door.

Where we deliver

Local delivery covers Van Nuys, Sherman Oaks, Encino, Studio City, North Hollywood, Northridge, Woodland Hills, Burbank and Glendale, and continues into Hollywood, Central LA, Pasadena and the Westside. We also run extended routes to Orange County, the Inland Empire and beyond; the full list with each city's page is at /delivery.

Minimum order

The minimum depends on the address, not the city name. Most Valley addresses sit between no minimum and about thirty five dollars before tax. Checkout checks your exact address and tells you the number before you place the order, so you never find out from the driver.

How to order

1. Browse /products or search a strain by name.
2. Add to cart. Prices include tax at checkout, and the promo code box is on the cart page.
3. Enter your address. We confirm it is inside the delivery area and show the minimum.
4. Enter your phone number and the code we text you. That is your login; no password.
5. Place the order.

Payment

You pay the driver at the door. Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout. Nothing is charged online, which is also why we never ask for a card number.

The ID check

Every delivery, every time, the driver checks a valid government ID showing you are 21 or older. The name does not have to match the account, but the person receiving the order has to be 21. No ID, no handoff, and the order goes back to the shop. This is the law, and it is the part of the job we do not bend on.

Tracking

When your driver leaves, you get a text with a live tracking link. Open it to see where they are. If you need to change the address or the drop-off instructions, reply to the text or call the number on your order.

Tips for a smooth drop

• Put the gate code or unit number in the delivery notes.
• Have the ID out before the driver knocks.
• If you are ordering for a group, one person with a valid ID receives the whole order.
